Dual-Tuner TiVos Do 180

For the TV-obsessed, some news: TiVo's new dual-tuner Series 2 PVRs have been quietly announced. By "quietly" I mean you can't find them on the TiVo website, but you can preorder them on Amazon.

What elevates this from mild interest to the "oh, snap!" level is the news that the TCD649180 model will be able to record 180 hours of programming. That's every episode of this season's Lost, 24, Battlestar Galactica, Justice League and While You Were Out (it's for a friend, honest) on hand for instant reference. And you can start drooling... now.
