Huh. Color me surprised. I didn't know that John Deere, makers of lawn mowers, agriculture equipment, and other heavy machinery, made headphones too. But apparently, they do, and they've been out for a month or two now. The John Deere Noise Canceling Headset, which sells for $90, is designed to silence/reduce noise produced by tractors, leaf blowers, mowers, and other such deafening equipment, all while boosting the sound of children, cars, animals, and other things you still need to hear. And in a nice (or foreboding?) touch, the 'phones feature an audio cable that detaches should it get caught in your machinery.
